I'd like to add my country's verson: The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Legal Rights, Section 7:
life,
liberty, and security of the person.
This section cannot be used as a defense for a fetus, as the Supreme Court ruled that the Charter does not apply to fetuses...
