Xiaedessa smiled "Well, when I was still in between life and death, I could hear the voice of my father. Not the entity of Eternity, Ahnthros, but the man, Dina, the consciousness of my father. He told me that, though the entities of Eternity set the course of everything, we are free to shape it to our own. So, let us shape our destiny, together, I am certain, that when I am with you, I can stand up to any obstacle, even death itself. I believe all of our friends and allies are the same way. We all have the power to shape the destiny of eternity, and I truly think we are fighting a winning battle." She walked over to him and embraced him "When I awoke to find myself alive, I went on a rampage. My powers went out of control, and I did some horrible things to innocents who were of the Black Star Nation. I told myself I would not allow myself to do such things, and that I would learn to control my powers, so I went to the dimension on the brink of nothingness, and there I honed my control over my powers. I saw my cousin there, as well learning to master her powers. We forged ourselves armor to better control our full power, and imbued it with our love for those we hold dear. But, I feel that, as long as you are alright, I will not need to use that power. Haruko, we have much to do still, and yet we have already done so much. I saw a vision upon finding your whereabouts, and it was of a horrific monster of titanic proportions, shaped like a giant mechanical Mantis. The vision took place here in Makai, of that I am certain." She turned suddenly as a large swarm of shadow puppets sprung from the ground "I think we should get out of here for now"

Xiaedessa was taken by suprise,and upon arriving, she observed that Haruko was actually not with her in person. She looked to Ganymede and the two boys. The Groundsman approached her "Miss Xiaedessa! So good to see you are safe! Your father is inside, though he seems to not know himself. Perhaps you can rekindle his memory...."

She looked to Haruko with a freaked expression "Haruko......should I.....should I risk it? My father died completely, unlike me, he crossed over. I....what should I do?"

A scuffling sound was suddenly heard inside, and a moment later, a tall thin man with short black hair and piercing green eyes appeared in the doorway. In the face, he looked identical to Dina, but other than that, he appeared to look more eartian human, and his aura was not much stronger than any normal earthian. He looked around with confusion, but stopped when he caught sight of Xiaedessa. He was silent for a bit, then walked out to approach her "Um, excuse me, but might you be Miss Xiaedessa? These men keep calling me Master Ahnthros, but I have never met anyone here and I have never been here in my whole life!" He bowed "Forgive me, but I have this really strange feeling, like you and I know each other, like we are connected somehow. But I can't see how that could be, as we have never met. My name is Vance Ahnthros, I thank you and your servants for their hospitality. I really have no clue what is going on here, I remember stumbling into some forest, but some weird monster attacked me, and then I remember waking up to find myself here. "

Xiaedessa looked to the man with suspicion at first, taking note of the fact he had dirt all over his shirt, having had to have stumbled and fallen on his way out. But then she smiled, holding back tears, and nodded, before turning to Haruko "I....I don't get it, but it is true. This man, he is not my father in the flesh, but yet, his soul is that of my father, there is no mistaking it!"
