ive got it for my xbox. its so addicting! i only got it at first because i heard it would be like oblivion and was sad when it wasnt like it at all. a while later i figured i should try to play it and ive been addicted to it ever since lol

how far are you over at your friend's house? started any of the romances yet?

I haven't really gotten far yet (spend a lot of time playing with the character design). I'm on the first village with the bandits.

I've done a city elf and a dalish elf, which I liked both of them. My cousin did a human nobles which also looked like fun.
I didn't much like the mage but that's because I couldn't aim very well. XD

you should try one of the dwarf ones, they had pretty good storylines.
but nothing is better than a dalish elf lol. my sister prefers the city elf though

I really dislike playing as dwarves in fantasy games, but holy hecate, the dwarf noble origin story is fantastic. I got totally sucked in when I was playing that one through.

My favourite class to play is the Mage, though, because battle tends to be a bit more entertaining when you can fling fireballs and turn people into walking bombs; when I played as a Warrior, it felt a bit like every skill they had was a variation on "Use Swords To Kill Stuff".

yeah i didnt like the warrior at all. all you could do was use use swords. i much prefer the rougue, its almost just like the warrior but you can open up locks. mage was also very fun, god i love that fireball spell lol. not to mention spirit healer has to be the most useful specialization in the game once you get the healing aura

my current character is a dalish rougue and i chose her to be a ranger aswell so i can summon animals. i keep on summoning the giant spider because its so cute.
