As not to cluther the actual tournament area, this will be the place that you request at entry to a tournament. This excludes the Exhibition area. There you just ask anyone to join you in a fight.
As you probably (and hopefully) know, the tours are.
Xperience Tour: Anyone can request, just be sure to do so before slots are non-existance
Eastern Regional Tour: Anyone can request. Afterward, you'll be assigned to this region only.
Western Regional Tour: Same as Eastern
Northern Regional Tour: Same as Eastern
Southern Regional Tour: Same as Eastern
Solis Final: Cannot request for this tour, only winners of the Regionals can enter here:
Koden Classic: Special request for this tour, only winners of Tours can request entry here.
Suikoden Universe: Same as Koden Classic
Note: I will not respond here to request. If you want to see if you've been added, just check out the desired tourney. If there is no slots available, don't ask!

I'll answer your questions, but next time either PM me the question or ask it elsewhere (Random Talk). This tournament is currently unavaliable at the moment. I have an information thread, but I won't bother reading it now until the thread garners more interest.
P.S. I'll have to delete your post, due to the fact that this is only for requesting a tour, not questions about it.
