I have no idea about the first two, but there is an option in the interface menu to disable "Enhanced Tooltips," which makes it so just the title and rank appear. If you want it shorter, you could always make a macro that /casts whatever, then just label it something short.
Subforums are your friends. =)

[DAB (Discord Action Bars) lets you get your action buttons and bars like that, but it's confusing at first. Read all the readmes, tutorials, helps, etc. for it to make everything easier, and dont freak out if you ******** something up.
It also does the same thing for the blue circle, but CT_Mod can also do that. ]

[I dont like MoveAnything!. It crashes my game for some reason. O_o
Probably clashing with a different mod. ]
