Guild News - April 2005
7/4/05 - GLEA Guild Opens
Relevant threads and topics set up for the guild to start functioning properly. Donation members sent invite PMs / allowed in before normal member joining requests accepted. No competition this month.
Just to clarify, there will be NO COMPETITION this month in either poetry or prose! This is because the guild is in it's infancy at the moment - i.e. lack of members or understanding of procedures. Please remember to check back here in case of competition announcements in the future.
The sticky 'Field At Dawn' has hereby been relegated to the status of a normal topic, as it is a more colloquial thread and therefore should not have the status of the other topics. There were also just too many stickies!!

Andy (Flames_Of_Fury) made moderator yesterday. Tiddly Wink Table thread relegated to normal topic.
10/4/05
Arguments between two guild members settled with adverse results. (Dammit!!)
Evaluation begins to get underway and the guild starts to function properly.
The Tiddly-wink Table and Field At Dawn become locked normal topic threads to settle disputes only on occasions.

Competition Announcement post made in this thread. A few more members joined and added to the member statuses.
First member receives a formal warning. The subject will be discussed no more and shall not be disputed.
23/4/05
Inspirations sticky thread added for any links / pictures to inspire other members.
New Anthology locked sticky opened to collaborate and display memorable works of members in a professional fashion.
24/4/05
Competition for May 2005 announced, May 2005 news post made, PM's sent to all members that could participate.

May competition starts from the 1st May. Judging begins from the 25th.
Invictus_88 made moderator a while ago. A few more members joined etc.

Affiliation with Gaian Writer's Guild confirmed.
