Did you try to report them? You might be able to get your stuff back if you do...

I'm so sorry, I didn't see this earlier. ^_^; Kylie had forgotten as well, so nothing was done. Thankfully, it seems like the hacker hadn't realised their position in here. They've been banned, to prevent the possibility of a spam attack.
Have you reported it? o_x;
