I first got hooked on Rozen Maiden from watching the anime, then the 2nd series came out (called Traumend), I think there's a 3rd series, becauase the ending of Traumend is so screaming for a next part lol
I got the first volume of the manga (Just came out!) The art is by Peach-Pit (They did DearS too)
If you want to know more about Rozen Maiden and you don't mind spoilers, here's info on it on wikipedia. To watch the eps, go on youtube and type in Rozen Maiden (for first series), when you're done type in Rozen Maiden Traumend (for second series).
My opinion for the manga is that, the drawing I thought it'd be better, it looked rushed. Hopefully the coming volumes will be better 3nodding The anime is perfect! <3 I'm so hooked XP

When I heard this was from Peach-Pit, the makers of DearS, I instantly watched the manga. It was sooo cool! So, now, I'm buying the manga. Have all the English volumes so far, except the second. >>; I ordered it, since the store didn't have it on hand. It's truly a nice action/romantic-like/comedy from the anime alone. Though, the artwork could use a little improvement, I like it. ^^ 7.2/10

I haven't yet seen the anime yet but i got into the manga by reading the back of the first volume and flipping through to see what the art style was like.
The story sounded interesting so I bought the first volume and I've been hooked ever since sweatdrop I've only been able to get my hands on the first 3 volumes and i didn't realize at first that the author is the same author that writes Dears (I read that one as well).
