Welcome to the very first Gaian Scavenger Hunt hosted by the Evodra Shop. If the event goes well, we will plan more events like this for the future.

General Info:

In this scavenger hunt, clues will be posted below. One needs to figure out the clues and take pictures of the answers in order to enter. All clues will be labelled person, place, or thing. Additionally, all answers are to be found around Gaia.

Example Clue:
"Here you'll see the mark of the sword,
All works being under close ward."

Rules:

1. All entries MUST be PMed to the evodra account. Those posted here will be disqualified and deleted.

2. You must have a place to upload images, such as photobucket.

3. No mule accounts may enter. Aka Please Don't Cheat.

4. Please make sure all of your answers are the ones you want before submitting them. All entries received will be scored immediately. What you send is final, there will be no chance to change answers.

F.A.Q.:

Q. Do I have to be a member of the guild to participate?
A. No, anyone can view posts in this guild. However, should you have questions and need to post, we do prefer that you send in a request to join rather than PMing. Everyone should be able to see your questions, and some of the other participants may be able to help you out even if we're not here.

Q. How do I take a screenshot?
A. You will need some sort of graphics program such as Corel Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop, The GIMP, etc.
Step 1: Find the page you want to take a screenshot of. Hold down Ctrl and press the PrintScreen button (may be abbreviated PrtScn. Located upper right of your keyboard near the Scroll Lock key and the Pause/Break key)
Paintshop Pro: Open program, hit Ctrl + V or select Paste from the Edit menu.
Adobe Photoshop: Open program, hit Crtl + N (create new image), hit Enter (name image), hit Ctrl + V (paste)
The GIMP: Open program, go to File->Acquire from Clipboard. (Gimp also has a get screenshot option, if you know how to use it, great!)
Paint: Open program, Edit->Paste

Q. What does "place/thing" mean?
A. This is usually a thing that is also associated with a place. Such as Durem Reclaimation Facility. The pond is the "thing", the area is the "place", but they're both associated together.

Q. Do the clues only pertain to things that happen during the day?
A. Hunt clues could be for any time, day or night. They are not restricted to happening during the day.

Q. Can I send in text answers instead of screencaps?
A. You must send in screencaps. If you do not have a graphics program, The GIMP is free and downloadable.
