Alright I wasn't sure where to put this so I figure this was the best place >_<..sorry if I was wrong. Anyways I'm having problems not only with depression, but I also don't eat and cut. I guess everything would be easier if my mother gave me the support I need. So I was wondering how exactly I can go about getting help without her help.

You can try talking to a school counsellor. Other than that I don't know what to suggest since you're only 16. Since you're not a legal adult, and you don't want your mom to find out, your options are probably going to be pretty limited.
If your mother is part of the cause of your depression, then it would probably be a good idea to go into therapy together. It's called "family therapy" or "family counseling". You can ask your mother to take you to a counsellor/therapist/psychologist, and then the mental health professional can help you two go through therapy together.

I had a friend how did the same thing, and what wronged for her was knowing that I was there for her. She to wanted your mothers support but in the end she just had me and she made it. So just go to a friend you know cares about you and maybe her bravery will help you help yourself.
