Extra/Background: Riku was once the princess of the kingdom, Altena. Where the Neko's lived. But the cold and ice began to creep in the kingdom, becomeing a never ending winter. Her mother, the Queen was going to use her magic to bring spring to Altena once again. Altena, was a Magic Kingdom. Everyone could use magic. That is, except Riku when she was born. Her own mother, was going to kill her for spring to come. Because the spell needs a sacrifice. Riku didn't like that, that's when a bright white light glowed around her body as she disappeared. When she awoke she found herself outside the Kingdom. In the snow. Riku then, began her journey. Liveing off killing and stealing....

Magic Ability(s): can twist the water of the body to heal some ailments of a person, make them sick, or kill them. (only within touching)
Appearance: pale with deep blue eyes. Long charcoal hair with a blue-ish tint. rarely smiles
Weapons: pretty carved wooden staff with water flowing just beniethe the surface, bearly seen.. only good for wacking people with it though. ^.^
also, a dagger hidden in her sock.
Extra/Background: A water sprite was envious of her mother for having a child, so the sprite drowned the mother. Then, the sprite adopted her and blessed her with very simple magic (healing).
When Tori discovered she was human, she took off into the world and left her foster mother. She healed people for a living although many were causious of her lack of social skills. Once, she was healing someone who had wished death on her, and her anger flared. She twisted the water of his body and killed him instantly. Soon she was hiered her to take care of people's personal enemies in a simmilar manner. Said to be "kissed by the stars of fate"
