Now I am a Church Going Person Every Sunday for me. I do countless volunteer work and what not. I plan on becomming a Minister when I get older. Now I just got chewed out from someone because, I said that some stories in the bible are like 'Ring Around the Rosey. Meaning that Ring around the rosey had meaning to it like it represented the Black Death. I think that few stories in the Old Testament are like that the biggest one being Adam and Eve. I think this because I don't believe the whole talking snakes and what not. But It does have a message to it though In your life there will be people to make you disobey god's word. and it isn't easy.

I do believe Jesus is my Lord and Savior I believe he rose once and he will rise again.
But what I said above makes me a bad christian.....

First of all, people can't make you disobey God's Word. In fact, nobody can. Not even Satan himself. God's power is far greater than anyone else's; He is the true King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. I'm not sure, but it seems that you're saying that you find it hard to fathom supernatural events such as talking donkeys, fire from heaven, flaming chariots, etc. That's completely understandable. That doesn't make you a bad Christian. It's okay to question, it's okay to say, "Is this true?" In fact, questioning is encouraged in biblical Christianity. You should talk to your pastors for help with this. Ask about the baptism of the Holy Spirit and see what this supernatural stuff is all about, there's nothing to be scared of. I speak in tongues (ie a language that I had never learned). This could not happen without the reality of the supernatural world over which God has control. Nope. What you said is very thrue. As a matter of fact, much of Adam and Eve can be taken as symbols. Remeber that Satan is call a serpent becuase they way he moves around. The serpent in the garden may not be a real snake but Satan's nick name. Also, the hebrew and greek leads to that Satan may just have trick Eve into having sex with him. I know that will upset people becuase they don't that is possible but last I check, we don't have much info on what a no-flesh body can do.

What ever happened in the bible happened excatly the way it is written. The is no 'symbols' and whatnot. Yes, they are symbols now but in the story of Adam and Eve the snake did talk when everything was still right and holy, animals could talk and they wouldn't kill you. Talk to an authority in your church about this and have this cleared up for you.

You are still a good Christian. It doesn't matter if you believe a few things in the bible are ring around. As long as you don't hate scriptures or something like that.

I think what you're feeling is a form of doubt (IMO correct me if you think I'm wrong) but the point is if you beleive that Jesus is your Lord and Savior, and that He died for your sins and then rose again and will be back someday, which many people don't beleive because they don't think that anyone can rise from the dead, then don't you think that He could make snakes talk? He is all-knowing, all-powerful, and if He is able to solve the world's problems, make blind people see, the lame walk, and such, then it wouldn't be that much of a feat for Him to make words come from a serpents mouth!! Here are some scriptures that you might find comforting and/or helpful:
Matthew 11:1-6 : After Jesus had finished instructing his twelve disciples, He went on from there to teach and preach in the towns of Galilee. 2When John heard in prison what the Messiah was doing, he sent his disciples 3 to ask him, "Are you the one who was to come, or should we expect someone else?" 4 Jesus replied, "Go back and report to John what you hear and see: 5 the blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is proclaimed to the poor. 6 Blessed is anyone who does not stumble on account of me."

One of my favorite verses is as follows:
Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the Heavens, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. Psalm 139:7-10

It just comforts me to know that wherever I go, God will be with me.
