I forgo, veto, whatever, any i___ product especially... *shudder* The iPod... for philosophical reasons. I'm a proud liberalist, an Aesthete, an Originalist, and very left wing, and I believe that the sheer imbodiment of the hatred of all these opinions and groups lies in the capitalist people that own Apple products. For that reason, I have declined, on many more occaisons than I would like, an iPod, and recently an iPhone from my parents. I stick to small, quality companies for my computer and phones, and my friends think I'm being awkward on purpose, but I'm sure you all agree that Apple is a company for people who consider themselves popular, and follow societies rules. For these reasons, I'm with FacistOtaku on this one.

For these reasons, I'm with FacistOtaku on this one. Not taking offense, but considering it. I don't "consider myself popular" or "follow societies rules"- my laptop died and I wasn't going to deal with Vista. Mac was a pleasantly awesome surprise. I do not fit your hasty, anti-whatever generalization. It is a company which produces a product that I happen to enjoy using, regardless. I don't understand how your anti-capitalist views are any better served by Windows. I'm too lazy for Linux, as are most Americans. When Windows craps out, Mac is good. Frankly, if you look at the history of the company before Bill Gates adn his cronies bought out 51no;n voting shares, it was "original" and liberal (if a computer is any indication of political stance rofl ). Moreover, it was the underdog, "small, quality company" until it became big enough that Gates bought it out. AND aesthetically, unless you've got more money than you know what to do with, Mac wins. And. I got my iPod for free when I got a checking account at a new credit union. It works just fine with crap from media player. *grumblegrumble*

All I want in gadgets is a Sonar II Blu-Ray laser...
It's like a normal laser pointer, but it can melt plastic.
I'd use it to light cigarettes... from 50 yards away.

I don't care if Windows do it for media image. It helps people. So that's why I don't go for Apples. Happy?
