She ignored Naraka, truth was she didn't like him either.
She turned to Ra and nodded, "I don't doubt it. You will be a strong lion when your older, I wont mess with you now or then. I don't have the strength to take on either of you and I doubt I ever will. I am not made to fight but to hunt and give birth as are all females." She didn't ramble, just stated things. Her golden eyes watched the brothers, she was curious about them, there was no doubt about that, though she wouldn't let them know that.

Naraka suddenly grew very irritated with the fact that the girl was speaking with Ra, and Ra was responding in turn. So with a silent glare in both directions, he stood up and stalked away towards a distant rock near the waters. With little need for assistance, he managed to get up on top, and settled with his face looking towards the waters. His profile faced the two, but no movements were made save for blinking, and the slow rise and fall of his chest.
Naraka was irritable that his brother was making a friend, and he lack any at all. Oh the drama of juveniles.

Ra was rather chuffed by the female's comments, not many lions ever simply acknowledged he'd win in a fight. Most would battle tooth and nail to prove otherwise. Still, her blunt statements of fact did make him slightly sad. "So...you never want more than that? I mean, you could be the one female who KICKS ASSES rather than simply wait to give birth." he grinned.
However, his grin was short lived as he spotted Naraka stalk off. He felt panicky and a little off kilter without his sibling and let out a groan, padding over to him.
"Arrrrh.. What did I do?"

She answered his question quickly seeing Naraka go off, "I don't have much of a choice with parents like my own." She then laid back down watching Ra follow his brother. She didn't expect them to come back over, after all, Naraka really didn't like her, he had told her that. She wondered why though.

"Just shutup Ra." Naraka said shortly, his eyes closing before he let out a sigh, "I am trying to think..." He sent a boyish grin to his brother, showing it off as a joke, though in reality, he couldn't stand hearing the two talk. For some reason, the whole world annoyed him at that moment. Or maybe it was jelousy of Ra finding a friend and Naraka finding simply a mindless stooge.
Hopping off the rock, he padded towards the water, and just stared at his face, mind spiraling in thought.

Ra nodded to his brother, in his somewhat naive way taking his words at their face value. He didn't know of his brother's dislike of his conversing with the female and just assumed he wanted silence. Padding back over to the water's edge, he gave Ny a brief concerned look.
"My parents like things I don't, I do what I want, just don't let them know." he smirked "What they don't know won't hurt them."

She was shocked to see him come back over and nodded at his comment, "That is true but females aren't built to fight but to hunt, unless taught, fighting isn't for us, so if I wanted to or not, I couldn't for I don't have a teacher or someone to practice with as I wouldn't say that trying to kill my brother is practice. More, stress relief." She paused and glanced at Naraka, she couldn't work him out, it annoyed her.

His eyes trailing after his brother, Naraka watched a moment before turning his whole form away and actually doing what he said. Closing his deep eyes, he held his whole form eligantly, as he was taught to do. Back straight, chest up, paws even, everything was picture perfect as he controled his breathing. Mentally, he pushed all tension and stress away from the tip of his tears to the end of his tail. Once that was done, he slipped into deep meditation, an art he practiced daily with he mother. In this state, it was easier to think and forget all that was around him.
As the two away spoke, their words passed his ears and he dismissed them, his mind wandering to the image of the gods he had created.

Ra frowned. "Bah, anyone could learn to fight, and don't let anyone tell you that females are just for hunting. Hunting is /harder/. In a fight you don't need to be quiet, you just need to hit the opponent till they can't hit back." he flicked his tail somewhat arrogantly. "And you practice with whoever you like. I personally enjoy pouncing people who don't expect it, they are only too happy to be my opponent." he grinned, for once having strung together a decent sentence or two.
However, Ra was a very physical lion and quickly got bored of just talking. Padding over to his brother he headbutted him.
"Stop being quiet. It's freaking me out."

Ny smiled as she listened. She knew she could fight if she wanted to, she had done with her brother enough times, not that she liked to think of him being related to her in any sort of way.
Her eyes flicked to the other brother, she wasn't really interested in him but as Ra had gone over, she was on her own again so started to lap up the water. She couldn't help it though, the little voice in her head. She smirked, keeping it to herself for now, she didn't want to upset Ra now.

The moment had come, and as soon as Ra had headbutted his brother, Naraka had sprung and disreguarded the words. As always, the lighter brother was at a disadvantage from his stronger 'twin'. While he had the art of surprise up his sleeve, Naraka didn't have much else except the brains to talk himself out of the fight when the time would come.
So, turning suddenly on contact, Naraka had lowered himself enough to push off and land on his brother, teeth setting into the other's ear as a playfull growl sprung from his chest. Tussling for control, Naraka just wanted Ra to ignore the female for now, and worry about his brother and the battle the two were now in.

Ra let out a whoop as Naraka pinned him, always exultant of a chance to flex his strength. Though his brother was disadvantage size-wise both had the same degree of fighting experience and Ra was yet to find another lion as worthy as his brother was of being his sparring partner.
He let out his own challenging growl and made to flip over in an attempt to shift who was pinning who.

Ny drank some of the water as the boys fought. She wasn't bothered, she was fine on her own. She stretched a little before laying down, resting her head on her paws, one eye watching the boys as her mind wandered elsewhere.

After a nice rolling battle with his brother, Naraka raised his paws from under the pin and swiped at Ra's maw.
"I give, I give..." He said stubbornly, just grinning up to his brother and not feeling the annoyance of losing anymore. Instead, he just rolled his weight and waited for his brother to move before getting up and shaking the sand out of his small mane.
Looking around, his eyes skimmed past the watching ones of Ny, before he glanced to the water, than up towards the sun.
"We should go, Ra, mom will be waiting to give us more lessons on hunting," He said softly, keeping silent about the other lessons she would give as well, lessons about Finar-si.

Ra cackled playfully and bounced off of him, grinning. "Okay, hunting sounds good to me." turning to bound off into the sands, he looked back once to yell "See you later!" to the lioness to whom they'd been talking.
"Bet you can't beat me back Nar!"
