it's never been preformed by green day... there is a possibility that maybe one of them wrote the song or the lyrics or w/e but if you listen to the damn song and then you listen to any other f***ing green day song you KNOW closing time isn't done by green day b/c that's NOT ANY OF THE GUY'S VOICES!!!!!!!! DEF. not green day...
but like i said... green day COULD have written the song and then chucked it and the other band, Semisonic if you're correct, could have said that they'd like it...
