I found someone in GD willing to help arrange a summer meet and I'll help too. We were talking about it because Conan made a meet thread for later this month but it turns out it was supposed to be a super exclusive private invite only meet for select GDers (current "prommies" that are the ones the girl organising thinks are cool neutral ). That's fine, but they shouldn't then refer to it as a "GD meet". Besides, that one doesn't include anyone who doesn't post in GD or doesn't anymore.
Have you and this other made the thread yet? If so could you post a link or have I just been so oblivious to the internet for the past "God-only-knows-how-long" that I've missed the meet again?
Still whether there is/was a summer meet for the general GB population of Gaia, It would be nice just to have one exclusively for the members of this here Guild. Not that I'm saying the outsiders are scum... no wait... yeah, I'm not saying they're scum or anything, just nice to have a guild meet.
So, I have plans up til 23rd August (i.e. Retakes at Uni (because I'm a foolish procrastinating so and so)) and then nothing until 30th September. So I'm guessing most people would be free over the weekends so the dates will be reduced to:
26th August
27th August
2nd September
3rd September
9th September
10th September
16th September
17th September
23rd September
24th September
Anyone who wants to whitle those down a bit more or add some because of something special happening on that day we might want to see, Feel free.
Also, we need a list of stuff to do. I mean we could do what we usually do and go to Forbidden Planet for about an hour then totter around finding a place to eat eventually finding our way to the Namco Bar and Arcade... but that's starting to wear thin abit. If there is anything in particular that people want to do, just shout out and get the ideas flowing.
So, If we can get the details all sorted out by the end of the week... It'll be a freaking miracle XD
