The joint that connects his head to the body is very wobbly/jiggly/looseish.
Is there anything I could use to fix this? The body came like that, so I have no idea what to do.

I would simply assume that your doll needs re-stringing

Never mind.
He's a dollfie plus EB-N model, so they're not held together by strings.
I looked at the option head package again and found out I needed to put a rubber thing on it. Now his head's all better. 3nodding
