So I think we just say "meet at the panel" and be done with it.

sweatdrop All this meeting up stuff sound really complicated, when it's not that hard. ^^;;; Though I know how hard it is to keep a group together at a place such as fanime, especially sine most of us don't know each other very well, and proabably have other people to hang around with. I know I'm going to be uber busy myself, and if I were to meet all you wonderful people, it may end up as a touch and go basis. Well, any way, I suggest to stick with a plan because it really does help, regardless if people choose to come or not.
3nodding It's a good idea to meet by the left hand stairs.
3nodding It's good to have a sign or signs with the name of the guild
3nodding It's good to have a time frame of the meet time.
3nodding It might be a good idea to do something really simple, like have a mini picnic, just so it's not too commital...something casual?
So any way, yeah... post the details later when you've all decided. heart

I still think just meeting up at the gaia meet would be the best and easiest thing to do.

Well we should also specify if we're going to meet upstairs or downstairs. I think upstairs might be better as it'd be more visible.....and signs should DEFINITELY happen. Although in terms of going after a panel....meeeeeh....there'll be a lot of other people there....and there's plenty of people who aren't able to make it during that time.

Claudia Ethos We should meet up around stage Zero =D That'd be fun.... Listen to her! She knows what she's saying!!!! But if you all get lost meeting up...use Stage Zero as a place in the middle of the convention should you all need to find each other. mrgreen
