Personally, the Heroes version simply reminded me of the Red Chaotix version, in terms of the general head desing and the look.
Not the same, just... similar.
Anyone else think so?

Since Chaotix was something of a rare title, I couldn't rightly say.

Must admit I resorted to emulation to try it...

So that's where that thing came from! I've seen it around, but I never bothered looking for its origin.

He does look similar to the Heroes version in the melodramatic stakes, doesn't he? smile

My thought exactly.
Mind you, it'd make sense that Metal empowered by Chaos Rings might look a little like Metal empowered by Emeralds.
