Spinach, Cheese & Artichoke Triangles
Ingredients - TGI Friday's Spinach, Cheese & Artichoke Dip (http://www.tgifridays.com/Retail/snacks26.jpg) - Soft Tortillas (http://www.post-gazette.com/images2/20030403mfTortillasJ_230.jpg)
Or you can make your own: - Spinach, Cheese & Artichoke Dip (http://www.cyber-kitchen.com/ubbs/archive/DIPS/Artichoke_TGI_Fridays_Hot_Artichoke_and_Spinach_Dip.html) - Soft Tortillas (http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1749,144169-255204,00.html)
Materials - Freezer (to keep the TGI dip frozen until use) - Microwave - Spoon/fork - Plate
Instructions 1. Microwave the dip until nice and hot. 2. Place one soft tortilla on the plate. 3. Spoon/fork out the dip and spread it all over the tortilla. 4. Place another tortilla on top of the dip layer. 5. Microwave the whole thing for about 20 seconds on high. 6. Cut into 6-8 triangles. 7. Repeat as necessary (until you have enough or until you use up all the tortillas/dip).
Comments I have cooked this many times---both as a snack and as a meal. It's cheap, warm, and tasty.
