Suddenly as the assault had began, it had ended. The form of Valesk stood standing before the man, leaving the two standing upon a large disk, a gravimetric field that contained enough air molecules compact into such a small space they became akin to a solid. Standing with his eyes closed he extended a hand towards the man, "Allow me to browse your abilities and I shall not obliterate you for your weakness."

His hand darted out, the structure stretching unnaturally before he grabbed the man's hand, a stasis running over the two as Valesk basked in the supernatural distinctiveness of the man.
