I own up to vol. 7 and have read up to vol. 5. It's one of my absolute favorite manga. I can never find anyone else who's read it though...

I haven't read the manga, but I've seen the live-action drama which was excellent! Played by Jun Matsumoto, extremely handsome pop singer from the group Arashi, and some other girl (Can't remember her name right now.) But it was really good.
If you want to watch the drama (I highly recommend everyone watch it!), look it up on youtube under "Kimi wa petto" (You're my pet). Seriously, it was good! I almost cried at the end! Okay, there's my two cents! Hope I made someone's day.

I really don't understand why the English of this manga is called Tramps Like Us. "Kimi wa Petto" is clearly translated as You're Pet (not grammatically correct).
Anyways, I love the live-drama! Short and sweet! It took me around two days, but it's one of the the best j-dramas that I've seen.

I have up to vol 9 and its great. People think its a stupid book because of the cover and the name "Tramps like Us" Thats why no one buys it.. lol But its good =D I love it.

I just started reading it and it's so cute! It is embarassing to be seen reading it tho. Everyone thinks you're reading porn! This is probably why I haven't bought it yet. -_-;;

Hope I made someone's day. i loved it so much that i bought it off ebay heart and whenever i try to order the manga in off border (they never have thee volume i want) they always give me strange looks.why couldn't they keep the direct translation of it. I alway abreviate it to TLU so i don't feel so bad.lol sweatdrop

And the random English title doesn't really bother me. But that may be just because I've accepted that companies change titles and character names.

I am always embarassed to but them cause everytime i do , yes the checkout person always looks at me funny! >_< Geez. Why cant a gurl just buy manga w/out the looks?!

Sumire and Momo are not tramps but you sure do feel like one when you bring the book to the register. I hold myself back from explaining it to the cashier. 4laugh
