You're missing "The Complete Phantom of the Opera" by George Perry, which is pretty much where Webber lifted huge amounts of text and information in order to write his movie companion book.
It's a classic.

I've seen scans from it, but I've never gone out of my way to buy it. Although, I have a doujinshi of sorts that is Phantom, but I don't know if it's related to the JET manga, yet.

Susan Kay's book is simply entitled Phantom. Or it was the last time I checked.

"The Phantom of the Opera" - Gaston LeuroxI read the old transelated version. I am looking to buy the redux.
"Phantom: Story Of His Life" - Susan Kay
Apparently this hasn't been published in a while, as they only publish it when people ask for it.
"The Angel of the Opera: Sherlock Holmes Meets the Phantom of the Opera" - Sam Siciliano
This one rocked my socks. I enjoyed it immensly. Yaay for genii!
"Angel of Music: Tales of the Phantom of the Opera" - Carrie Hernandez
My B&N said they would order about 2-3 copies of this because it seems like it's been requested for a few other times, but as for publishing, it is a lot like Susan Kay's novel.
There is also "The trap door maker", a comic.
