ye, that's absolutely right!
there are gonna be two movies.
the first is about the whole raito-L-thing and the second one about near n mello as far as I'm informed.
and yes, the second movie is gonna be released in october.

THe 2nd movie (Death Note: THe last name) was released in hong kong and japan on nov 3rd.. and then sadly i hear the DVD of the FIRST one isnt coming otu until december 21st 06.
but i think the dvd for death note2 is coming out like.. jan 24th
