I had to go to the doctors today for a Physical, since I'm running off to New York and all at the end of the month. So I got there and filled out my forums and crap. But the thing was, since my regular doctor wasn't at my medical center and no one else but a male doctor could do it, mom sent me over to a different center. So they didn't have any of my forums or past records, so they didn't know wether I needed shots or not. And it turns out that they need to fill out a forum which my mother didn't give me. *sweatdrops*
So most likely I will have to go back to that creepy office, re-take it and get some shots. *shivers* I hate the doctors. I hate needles. Freaks me out.
