Vampire Hunter D
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust
Blood: the Last Vampire
Hellsing (love that series!)
Vampire Princess
My favorite horror anime is the Vampire Princess Miyu OAV.
If you haven't watched this anime classic, either rent or buy it, as the two volume series involves a western vampire hunting supernatural entities from Chinese and Japanese folklore. Very disturbing, especially the two episodes "Banquet of the Marionettes" and "Frozen Time."
