Only reason I'd ever go within ten feet of a PS3 is if they redid FF7 with better graphics. Yes, it does have it's faults, and yes, every single character is a stereotype, but I still find it fun to play. And that Sonycon demo was too fricken' sweet. (And yes, if the reviewers and friends say that FF13 looks good, I'll get a copy and whatever console I need for whatever version they're talking about (There's three sides to the story across three consoles, one of which being a cellphone thing >.>))

FF10, it's only saving grace for me was Blitzball. Sure, you can get some kickass secret aeons and the final weapons, but the only final weapon you need is a completed Nirvana (For Yuna) and the only aeon you need is/are the Magus Sisters. Once you have those you've won the game. There's no challenge to it, especially when Sandy can do 99,999 with almost every attack >.< And Yuna talks like William Shatner, even when she's desperately trying to be pissed. It's sickening. I want to hunt down her voice actor and rip out her vocal chords, it was that profane.

FF8, I like it for the whole romance between Squall and Rinoa (Yes, I know some of you are gagging at this). Yes, Rinoa gets herself into trouble a lot and Squall usually ends up saving her, but once she falls into a coma that's when Squall's character really changes. He carries her piggyback all the way to Esthar heart And honestly, I do like Rinoa for her strong will and dedication, it's not the fact that she gets her a** kicked almost at every turn, it's that she puts herself on the line for what she believes in.

FF9 was great. I think we FF gamers needed a break from the silent and introverted leads, and Zidane was certainly a very fun and interresting character. I'm just recalling the scene on the airship they hijack on their way to Lindblum early in the game razz

As for Advent Children, I liked it, though it was a bit heavy with Aeris. Yes she's an Ancient, but since dying she's pracically become God. Seriously. She's also comparable to the Grim Reaper when it comes to inviting Kadaj to the lifestream and then ressurecting Cloud. I always figured that the Cetra had a connection with the planet in the sense that they know if people are born or have died, but not quite to that extent. She's also a bit of a know-it-all, though it's not an obvious trait about her, she acts like she expects everything.

I refer to FF10's sequel only as the abomination.
