Clan: The Hetachi clan is older than the village of Konoha itself, its roots are coated in blood, not unlike the Kaguya clan's. Every clan member, Ninja or not, always inherited the Bloodline limit, granted that they were a full blooded Hetachi. Even a drop of commoner blood would completely ruin the Bloodline's developement.

As for the power's themselves, the user is granted an extra chakra source. Characteristics of clan members would be abnormally colored eyes, usually taking on the rather eerie shade of pure black.

Usually, the first time powers are unlocked the user is extremely unstable, being subjectable to extreme, almost murderous mood-swings. Members of the clan who first used their powers in battle were often called "Berserkers" due to their completely emotionless eyes and relentless killing. Sometimes, even experienced users can enter a psychopathic rage where they won't rest until every enemy in sight is murdered. Ancient stores about the Clan tell of the most powerful berserkers who killed large portions of armies, and died immediately after battle.

The Hetachi clan was due for its fall because of its murderous nature, it's final battle was when it assisted the Rock Village in it's battle against Konoha. Nearly every fighting clan member was killed. The rest of the clan retreated to Konoha, where they were welcomed since they took no part in the war. With barely any surviving male clan members remaining, the rest of the clan had no choice but to mix it's blood with the people of Konoha. Several years later, the clan's powers had faded into history...until one powerless Hetachi decided to recreate the clan's glory in the form of his two sons...

Appearance: Jeiden's eyes are shaded black, which stand out next to his shaggy blonde hair. His hair is straight and nearly covers his eyes, and since he's at the usual age of puberty, his chin is dotted with blonde facial hair. His skin is a fair tone, being just a tad on the pale side. You'd call him stocky if he wasn't at average height, as he's heavily muscled due to months of constant physical conditioning. Some girls do indeed find Jeiden handsome, but he keeps them at bay with his all-too-goofy attitude.
Attire: For some odd reason, Jeiden never has a piece of clothing that's in tip-top condition. Nor does he have any casual clothing, he dresses like a Ninja everyday, no matter what. His usual attire consists of a baggy pair of pants that go down to about half a foot from his ankles, where they cut off to several layers of medical tape. Worn over the tape are the usual blue ninja boots (which for some reason NEVER cover the toes, go figure). He wears a slightly worn in hand-me-down chuunin vest with pride. His forehead protector is perched in the middle of a dark blue bandana similar to the one Morino Ibiki wears.

Demeanor: Jeiden is foul-mouthed, goofy, and head-strong. When he's decided on something, he'll stubbornly hold on to his decision no matter what. Sometimes to the point of stupidity. His ego could use a bit of deflating too. He holds his friends and allies to be of greater importance than his own life.

Biography: Jeiden was born in the village of Konoha to a proud family with roots in the Hetachi clan, his father being the first generation of non-pure Hetachis. Jeiden's father still recieved the mysterious eyes common to his clan, and was extremely disappointed when neither of his sons inherited any signs of being from the clan. Slowly becoming obsessed with his clan's former glory, Jeiden's father began performing bizarre jutsu experiments on his infant and toddler age sons. Performing on his older son first, Kaiden recieved a single eye trait of the clan, but he became mentally unstable due to the experiments. Using what he learned from Kaiden, Jeiden's father sucessfully recreated the clan's power within his youngest son Jeiden. These experiments were seen as unethical, and Jeiden's father was banished from Konoha, then tracked down by Hunter-nin and murdered. The jutsus created, were still kept in the Hetachi home until the two boys ran across them. Jeiden memorized the jutsu, but never used it until one day at the Ninja Academy. An older student was bullying him for sheer amusement, Jeiden unleashed the jutsu and beat the boy into unconsciousness. Although Jeiden isn't bright, he realized the potential of this jutsu and has been refining and improving it for years now.

Title: Kawarimi no Jutsu

Description: This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Title: Bunshin no Jutsu

Description: This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion.

Description: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground.

Description: It is only a few simple hand seals, but it unleashes his bloodline, and turns Jeiden into a berserker of nearly unstoppable strength. The seals must be performed in reverse for the bloodline to be stopped.

Description: Similar to the Goken style used by Rock Lee and Gai, the style creates an effective chakra recycling system with each blow delt. Jeiden can recall roughly 40-50 percent of the amount of chakra put into each blow.

Title: Konoha Daisenpu

Description: A powerful leap forward, using the extra momentum to perform a powerful spinning kick with both legs in mid air, the second kick often being aimed lower in case the intended targed ducks. The technique is most effective at ranges of 2-3 meters, because if you miss or they dodge, you have at least made it past them and have a chance to react before they can mount a significant counter-attack.
