mmkay well i am gonna assume people know what moshing is . its ..movement to rocky/metal/ska music ..i mean where peole really feel the music they throw themselves about and thrash out

the question s do people think moshing is a form of violence or not ?People that do mosh say they are expressing themselves but not wishing to cause harm.

but i gotcaught up in a moshpit and by god it HURT i mean i gust repeatedly got punched..

so what do you think should it be band restricted excpted or other?

most of my friends, whenever they/we have a chance to mosh, we try to keep it relatively sane and just shove hella hard, we try to not let people punch, and if it is allowable, no face shots. not to mention that most of the time my "big brothers" inform me or anyone else my size-ish that i'm too tiny and could get hurt to easily so all in all we try to keep it as "non-violent" as possible
