Tsunade can heal herself like crazy, and Genkai can't. While Genkai is stronger and just as fast, and I really hate to say it, the better healing gives it to Tsunade.

Hmmm... how accurate was it and what was the charge time? Tsunade seems a good deal smarter than your average Shonen Jump fighter.
