When you think about how the mass media (with the exception of Fox) made it look like every one hated Bush...

La Veuve Zin
But frankly, rigging an election doesn't surprise me at all. He and his cronies are rotten to the core.
See this really bothers me...

First of all, you don't know everyone in America, I seriously doubt you even know half of the people in America. And since you obviously hate Bush, you would be attracted, predominently, to other people who hate Bush. Or at least those would be the people you primarily talk to about it. So how can you know that everyone hated Bush?

Second, "He and his cronies are rotten to the core." I don't buy that. I think that's bullshit that the parties are both trying to convince their members that politicians of the other party are willing to stoop to any level to get what they want done, done. WTF? Yes, there are evil people like Saddam Hussein, who kill anyone who stands in their way. But America works on checks and balances that make sure that doesn't happen. In this case, we aren't talking about a single evil man. We are talking a single evil man, who has to have the support of thousands of other evil or not so evil men. And I don't believe that that has much of a chance of happening, without another Watergate incident cropping up.

Ugh, I hate it when articles like this come out. I mean seriously, there are ALWAYS people saying that there might have been a conspiracy about EVERYTHING---EVERYTHING. You just have to learn to never take these things seriously. With anyone important who dies there's, Oh, there might have been this murder plan, and with every election there's, Oh, there might have been this way it was rigged. Besides, this is politics--there will always be lies told and stuff like that. I don't believe this article at all--if it mattered and had substance there'd be a bigger deal about it, would there not? Yet it has faded away. Frankly, I haven't heard this argument mentioned seriously until now--I've only heard people saying it as a one-sentence generalization simply because they were so anti-Bush that they couldn't get over the election results. I don't love Bush and I'm not all for him, but I would've chosen to vote for him over Kerry. In Facebook, there's a group called Bush Lovers and Haters Unite, and I think that's the way it should always be with politics. People allow politics to divide them so well you'd think politics was the devil incarnate. My favorite teacher from high school was a liberitarian and thinks Bush one of the stupidest things ever, but he still attended Bush's inauguration--he attends Inauguration every year out of patriotism no matter who is elected, and I fully respect him for that.
