That Misaki Matsuya is actually undercover at the City Enviormental Security Office for ACROSS...and then Il Pallazzo introduves her to Excel, Hyatt and Elgala, and they are stunned that their neighbor is actually one of them. ACROSS should have a male member that everyone working with him hates(except Illpalazzo). They should always make insult him when he says anything, and maybe at some points even try to kill him because they don't think he belongs in ACROSS(Maybe even Hyatt does)...... And of course, Illpalazzo should be oblivious to all this....
I think it would be funny, but not for every episode(Maybe he does it for community service hours..... lol ).
