me too.
a friend of mine started folding some of the pages in my book "House of Leaves" and I went psycho on him.

Then he threatened to tear it in half and I completely freaked out.
Nothing more horrifying than a torn book.

I love to write in books. I underline any words that I should look up, and I put my thoughts and reactions. That way when I reread it I can see how my thoughts have matured.

OMG never ever ever would i write on one of my books and if anyone did i would break their fingers and make sure they'd never write on anything again haha!!!!!

If i lend one of my books to someone i tell them a huge list of rules of what they can't do and that's if i lend them out i rarely do that. They are like my babies haha!

I write all over my text books and such, but novels, i get a bit ticked if someone writes in them, and if someone was to EVER write in one of my graphic novels... well, i might just kill them (jk- but i'd be very upset and make them buy me a new one, haha)

NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. Text books, eh, I don't care much about either, but anything else is an automatic no. Someone write in your books is like having take your food, and stepping all on it before giving it to you. It's not right, and in a sense, tainting one's own personal treasure. >.<
