Although the Headquarters will not be distributing more Skull Monkeys, this makes those already present very special indeed.
At random moments in time.. perhaps days, weeks, months from this time.. another SM will reach fifth stage. It will be random, however it will be based on activity. If your Skull Monkey desires to reach the fifth stage, simply remain active at least once in a while, perhaps once a week at the least, for your efforts to be noticed and taken down. Perhaps yours will be the one chosen.
However, things like name calling, obvious grudge holding, etc. do not earn you brownie points with us.
