I think of X.A.N.A as a guy with shoulder length black hair and pale skin. His eyes being covered by his front hair. Probably wearing a suit like William.

i dont know what i think he fully loks like but i imagin that the lyoko symbal would be his eye or eyes

I think XANA would be some sort of android or something like that. Steel black, no facial features, just a sheet of steel. When his foes look at him, they see themselves and allow him to strike while they falter. Ultimate deceptor, but still retains a look of evil.

Possibility: Big orange wall.
Hear me out. He was meant to destroy Project Carthage, and at one time, Sector 5 seemed to be Project Carthage. Sector 5 has a big orange wall around it (you see it from the inside as the Skid dives into the network) so I thought that was him. Isolating it and waiting until he cares enough to destroy it.
But if I had to give a human form to the guy... I'd have to start with orange hair and gray eyes. Then give him a black T-shirt with a red XANA crest, and one of those things that look like an orange life-vest. Finish it with gray jeans and a pair of black and red sneakers.
He'd be the class whiner and nobody would like him because he would always want to play video games and get mad at you when he lost.

I always picture X.A.N.A as a white cube with blue Lyoko signs on the each side. No human form...it's an AI.
