If you're planning on paying for the game with those little cards, do you have to put in any billing information when you sign up for an account?
I'm trying to convince my mom to get the game for me and I need to know this...

I don't believe you do. When you sign up I think I remember seeing the options 'pay by CC' & 'pay by timecard'. It's been a while since I signed up though. ._.;;
