We don't have a Memorial day in Canada. Is it a day to honor your dead loved ones, or is it primarilly in honor of people who died in a war? I like the idea of a day that honors the dead and not just those who died in war. One of my favorite hollidays is the mexican day of the dead, but I'm more of a 'celebrate the time I have with people' person, more than a 'morn the loss of loved ones' person. 3nodding

Thanks~ That does sound good, I think its a time to remember those who died, but most of the population sees it at a time to get off of school and work.
But in all seriousness I think its for those who died in war. Not really sure, its just a thing my family does~!
