So I've been doing a bit of fanart lately. And as hard as I look, Katara's and Sokka's outfits don't make entire sense to me. I mean, when they're compleatly assembled, it's one thing, but taking them off is... odd.
The best example of this is in the Kiyoshi Island eppy, where Suki rips off Sokka's belt and his shirt opens. When it's completely open, the white collar goes all the way down the front. But when it's on and tied, there is no white anywhere visable on the bottom half of his shirt.
Now, one would assume that Katara's top is the same way, but when you look at her slits, they don't go all the way up to her belt.
So my question is, how would you guys draw their outfits?
