As a lesser known Hidden Village, Amagakure, the Village Hidden in the Rain, has no allies to aid them in their actions- but neither do they enemies. Rather, they remain isolated from the other countries and mostly keep to themselves by rarely taking any political action with other countries.
When Konoha was attacked, Ama showed neither compassion nor callousness. On the contrary, they felt that it was a lesson to be learned and that Leaf should learn from their own mistakes while other countries learn from them as well.
Their opinion of Otogakure is a neutral one. The people of Amagakure neither dislike nor admire the Village of Sound and have no intentions of allying with them. This, in turn, is also the way they feel about Leaf.

He smirked as he looked at the village. It had been nine years since he had last been here. He jumped up onto the village gate and kept low so that he wouldn't be seen. He glanced at the ninja's that were guarding the entrance and smirked. They didn't even know he was here. That was good.
He jumped down so he was inside the village and looked around. They probably wouldn't even know it was me anyway. He thought to himself. He did wear the mask of the tracker-nin afterall. There is the chance that they would know it is me though.
He adjusted the mask so that it was more comfortable. He saw a tracker-nin walk by and hid behind a nearby building. If anyone in the village would recognize him, it would be one of them. When he saw that the coast was clear, he walked out from behind the building and very cautiously walked around the village.
He saw some little kids run by him but he didn't say anything. He just kept walking and ignored them. His hands were swaying slightly at his sides as he walked. This is too easy. They have to have noticed by now. He saw another tracker-nin up ahead and stopped. He casually glanced around and saw a building. He walked towards it calmly before he started running.
A moment later, he heard footsteps coming after him. "Finally." He jumped up onto the roof and stood there as he looked down at them. He removed the mask for a moment and smirked at them before he replaced it. He took off running again when he saw them get up onto the roof.
He looked down at the ground as he leapt across an alley and onto another roof. He saw people watching but kept going. He was having so much fun with this. Most missing-nin wouldn't do what he was doing, but he loved the thrill that it gave.
At the next gap, he jumped down into the alleyway and turned to head out. He stopped before he could run into some of the tracker-nin. He backed up and looked behind him only to see more. He was about to jump up when he saw more up there. He just kept smirking.
"You can't catch me." He grabebd a smoke bomb out of his punch and threw it to the ground. When the smoke emerged, he used that moment to run right past them. He kept running until he got to one of the walls. Once he did, he jumped up and gave a mock salute to some other tracker-nins. After that, he jumped down the other side and left the village.
