I've never had a dream about Hugh, but I had a dream about Wilson once. I ended up telling it to my entire English class too!
It was very humorous!
I was in the girls' locker room at my school, changing out of my gym clothes. I looked up briefly and saw Wilson leaving the locker room. I go, "Bye Wilson!" while I continue to change. Then I realized I was in the
girls' locker room. I rush out of the locker room after getting ready and chase down Wilson. I grab him and say, "Wilson! What the hell were you doing in the girls' locker room?"
His response:: "I was just making sure no one had breast cancer."
That's when I woke up. XD

OH! I also had a dream once..
I was in the mountains, and I was biking, trying to hide from my friends.
And then I find House's secret mansion thing in the mountains. And they are having a meeting in the back. XD, So I run over and hide under the table where Wilson, Cuddy, House and a few random guys are sitting. House leans down in his chair and stares at me under the table like "Wtf?"
