you can check a site that has reviews of every episode and see if there was a guest star, which is Billie. But that might take some time so scratch that idea.

If he did, I guarantee my friend Carla would have told me about it. We both love the X-Files, but she's seen almost every episode (she steals the DVDs from one of her college friends). She's in love with Green Day (sepcifically Billie Joe), so she would have noticed soemthing. Ah well. If you do find out that he was, let me know.
