Kenshin was my favorite character until I got to the end of the manga and the movies. Then I saw Kenji glare and pull on Kenshin's hair and I immediately converted. He's pretty hott when he gets older too. I love a guy with angst.

My favorite character is Sanosuke because he is just a doll. lol He cracks me up every time. I love when he was lost in the woods and said something like "I got myself so pissed off it made me hungry!" Oh my gut hurt from laughing.
And who can forget how him and Saito went at it. I don't know how Saito didn't laugh at him lol

My favorite charcter would be Saitou or Aoshi because Saitou is really cool but sort of evil in a sense and Aoshi is mysterious.

saito because we have alot in common he exacts his own rule of aku zoku son and I like to live my own way and my favorite animal is the wolf and he is a wolf of the shinsengumi so it fits and we have the same attitude

I would deffinatly say Kenshin because of his past as Battosai the manslayer. And he tries to redeam the lifes he killed by doing many things, plus Kenshin kicks but.

My favorite is Kenshin because despite all the crap that he's dune and been though he keeps looking forward and lives avery day to the fullest, and I can really relate to that.

I'd say Kenshin's best trait would be his ability to not act like a hitoriki. If you continuously think 'Kenshin's a manslayer' through the anime, then it suddenly because much funnier (sort of). Second best trait is either his superhuman kindness or superhuman skills.
