They're still allowed to sell PS2s, its just that they can't sell the newer, slim PSTwos because those were built with the technology (or so I've heard, I'm too lazy to do research if I don't care).

Well Rare cant sell DK to Microsoft because the apes of DK are a Nintendo license, if Rare makes a single DK game for a console other than Nintendo then Rare and Microsoft will be sued for stealing a copywritten character. I'm sure Nintendo has made some locks in contractural agreement to ensure no Nintendo mascots or Nintendo licenses are abused or used on other consoles, so F-Zero will remain a Nintendo fanchise, as Donkey Kong will remain a Nintendo franchise, as everything Nintendo made form the start cannot be put on another console.
the only mascots Sony has are Jak and Daxter(LAMEosity), Ratchet and Clank(sci-fi sucktitude), as Microsoft has Master Cheif(wtf? are we all still in kindergarten?) as their mascot.
Nintendo has over 300 pokemon, Link, Zelda, Gannondorf, Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Peach, Toad, Daisy, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Ness, Marth, Roy, Mr. Game and Watch, Captain Falcom, Samurai Guroh, Samus Aran, Ridley, Kraid, Metroids, etc. what would truely make Nintendo conquer the gaming world is some cool Ninja and Samurai games. I got a few ideas to help Nintendo, but I'll be using legal points to keep the ideas mine. ^_^
