"Come on! It's not much further!"
The green wolf grinned over her shoulder, brown paws taking her closer and closer to her homelands. Briefly she wondered how surprised her family would be to see her...she had been gone for a while, and of course grown in that time. Heck she even finally started talking while away.
And what was perhaps worse, was another wolf was following in her pawsteps. Nervously one might add, but following still. How would her father react to this stranger in their lands?
"Are you sure this is such a good idea?"
A rather skittish mostly blue wolf was following Fice, the chain around his neck jingling as he walked. Even that tiny bit of noise seemed to set off his nervousness, and he KNEW the source of that noise. Who knew how he'd react to other things?
"I mean no one here knows me and...yeah..."
Yellow fur flopping in his face, the male gave the female a rather nervous grin.
"Aww don't worry...I won't let anything happen to you!"
Again she grinned at him over her shoulder, and the male simply countered with a "gee thanks" sort of look.

Diego had more recently stayed closer to the pack. It wasn't that he had found out who he was. It was just now he had abit more of a reason and a purpose in his life. Smiling he thought about his ever growing pups...well maybe he did find himself. He was a daddy. With a grin he took to his patrolling duties as if it was something he had done his entire life. It was then he reconized the sent- it was his lovely daughter Fice. He was just so excited when this wafted past his nose. He hadn't seen her in ages. She like the others though had probally grown into a teen.
With that he bound forth towards her only stopping suddenly to give her a fatherly nuzzle. Pausing he chuckled and began to tease looking at the strange male behind her.
"So, I see you have a boyfriend....might I ask what his name is?" He winked and continued to chuckle.

"Dad!"
The female nuzzled back, a large grin crossing her maw. Despite her wanderings she did always miss home, and despite how...strange...he could be she did really miss her father.
"Oh dad...don't tease him! This is Demyx! I found him on the way back...he's kinda lost."
"Huh??"
The male stumbled back a bit as Diego suddenly appeared, the brightly colored wolf startling him.
"I'm not her boyfriend!"
Ears flattening back, Demyx shuffled his paws nervously, green eyes focused on Diego in case the other male made any sudden moves.
"And I'm NOT lost! I just...kinda can't find someone...that's all!"

"I'll try not to, but you know me..." He stuck his tounge out into an enlongated grin. "It's nice to see you again-" Turning to Demyx his tail wagged friendly. "It's nice to meet you as well Demyx. Your welcome to stay in my packlands till you find whomever your looking for..." With his ears quirking forward into a demonically playful look he added. "As long as you don't intend to cause any trouble that is..."
Stopping he couldn't help his own curiousity. "For my own information, whom excatly are you looking for? Prehaps I or my pack might have seen them at one point or another."

"Unfortunately yes..."
The female smirked, nudging against Diego again before turning to face Demyx.
"Yeah...who ARE you looking for anyway?"
Fice had been so thrilled to meet another wolf she hadn't really paused to find out his history.
"Trust me...you'd know him if you saw him..."
The younger male fidgeted, eyeing the other two.
"Goes by Kadaj, black and white wolf...silver fur on his head. He's always going on about finding his family, mostly his mother."
And he left it at that, not wishing to delve into just how he fit into Kadaj's little plans of reuniting with his family.

Diego eyed the younger male supisiously knowing there was something else there that wasn't being divulged, but as long as he didn't act dangerous to the pack he wouldn't push the issue. "Well I'll surely let you know if I saw anyone like that. And if he asks I'll help him look for his family any day. I know I would be completly devestated if I lost mine." He beamed lovingly as he glanced at his daughter. "I'm sure neither of you would understand this, but you children have given me a reason to live." He nodded with a slight pause. "So Fice have you introduced him to your mother yet?" He winked still obsessed that this two were an 'item'.

"No dad...you're the first one we saw afterall!"
Fice rolled her eyes slightly, giving her dad a playful nudge.
"And NOTHING is going on between us, so don't get your hopes up too much..."
Demyx fidgeted more, green eyes nervously scanning their surroundings.
"You...didn't have reason to live before?"
The male tilted his head slightly, studying Diego.
"And I...think...Kadaj would appreciate that gesture..."

Turning to Demyx he shook his head. "Pretty much- lets just put it this way..." He paused not really wanting to divulge his life story to a wolf he only had just met. "I'd pretty much been a nobody, before I met Fice's mother. I'd was a son to murdered parents, and slave to a phycotic wolf that wanted to rule the world- I think he still dose, but I don't really care as long as he dosn't bother me." He shruged, "So you can really say if it wasn't for love; I wouldn't be the wolf you see today." He nodded his head solomly choosing to leave out the parts of his story about his random phycosis that overcame him every now and then making him turn into a squirrel.

"It seems you've led a very....interesting...life..."
The skittish one slowly stepped closer, watching father and daughter carefully.
Fice nudged her father with her head, grinning a bit.
"Gee dad, don't go all sappy on us all of a sudden! Your family now loves you, that's all that matters....the past is the past."
