How about this one? I've never listened to D&W, but I HAVE heard good things about them. Which of the two albums do you like best? Which one should i get first? What news do you have about the next release?
Like I said before, i've never heard them crying but i DO plan on it.

Demons and Wizards would have to be my favorite band. I've been waiting for there next album well i don't even know if there going to make another one... Out of the two album they have so far I'd say that "Touched By The Crimson King" is better but both are great. Mostly everyone knows this but "Demons and Wizards" is the band when "Blind Guardian" and "Iced Earth" combined. I do like "Demon and Wizards" a lot better and just there music is better to Me anyway...

I recently got all the bonus tracks to both albums, pretty good. I already had both albums of course.
You'll hear mixed opinions between people about which is better, but most will agree there's no huge difference, so you're safe getting either really. I prefer Touched By The Crimson King. Ten again, the self-titled has one of the best ballads ever on it.
Oh and I wouldn't hold out for them releasing a new album anytime soon. It took them many years to get back around to the band for the second album.

Well obviously, as they both have their own bands' new releases to take care of. Maybe after another album or two has been released by either side, they'll get together again.

You should definately get their first album...first. It's just an all-round better album. I don't find myself skipping tracks or getting bored but I do with Touched by the Crimson King.
I was really disappointed with TBTCK because it just seems to have lost a certain spirit which the first album was dripping with.

I like Demons & Wizards. smile
I never figured out why they needed to do that though. Or why Hansi needed to do that, make a new band that sounds exactly like his old one. neutral To me at least. Never could get rid of that feeling.
I like their music to bits though. It's good to see an un-tolkienish Blind Guardian from time to time.
