Bloodline: Blue Sharingan; Not really of his own, but with the murder of certain members of the Uchiha clan of the Mist. He surgically inserted them in place of his own eyes. Special characteristic of this sharingan is that it can see through mist.

Biography: A man who used to be peaceful, had pride for his country, and was happy to live with his family. Married young, he and his wife had two children. The war between the Leaf and Rock heated up, and in search of spies -- Konoha killed everyone in his village -- barely alive, with kunai peircing his body, he watched his family fade from him. Recovered by some of the Taki Elderes, was given an extract that came from the Holy Water of his village. The holy water would give a man Godly power at the cost of a short life -- but the extract, weaker tahn the Holy Water revived him and gave him new found strength. The elders wants him to be able to defend their small country from harm -- he declined -- but knowingly the Elders knew that his path would cross with the Leaf many times and would hopefully be some retribution for what they did. Zolo looked how the powerful Konoha took what they wanted -- his family -- and for him to now be strong, it was time for him to do the same.
In hi quest of collecting things that were rare and precious to countries and villages, he had came to Konoha while the war between the Leaf and Sound had erupted. He took the same scroll that Naruto stole, learning two techniques -- the shadow clone jutsu and learned to open 5 of the 8 celestial gates. In his lair lays the peice to learn the rest of the gates, while the rest of the scroll he had burned, the last thing he remembered seeing in the scroll while it was burning, was written in dirt, "Naruto was here". The cones had become an importan tool for him, while the gates was a reserve -- just in emergencies.
In search of the sharingan, he had attacked what remained of the Uchiha family and Kakashi -- but from some chance he found a small clan of Uchiha hiding in the Mist. A massacre, a near splitting image from what Itachi did, he took the sharingan from one of the strongest members. From there Zolo has not been seen ~ to what he has been doing, no one knows.
