I can read palms, yet I've really just memorized the basics of it.
However, here's a simple diagram of the different lines and thier approximate locations. Everybodys hands are different, and sometimes certain lines can be difficult to locate.

xp The basic meanings of the lines are as follows:
Health Line- Appears when health problems will occur
Marriage Line(s)- Number and depth of serious relationships
Heart Line- Emotions and sensuality
Apollo Line- Things pretaining to the home, family, creativity, and the arts
Line of Intuition- Represents intuition and psychic ability
Girdle of Venus- Sensuality and sexuality
Fate Line- Succusses and failures... basically, how life works out.
Head Line- Intellect, the mind, education, career, and mental health
Life Line- Life force and energy, alongside our overall physical health
Line of Mars- represents times of strength along the Life Line
There's a lot more to palmistry than that though, such as different palm/finger/fingernail shapes, more 'minor' lines, and whatnot.
