My mother is Christian, my father is Jewish... After a while of searching I decided on a different denomination of christianity than my mother: Catholicism, a denomination often touted as not being christian by fundies ala Jack Chick. Quote: While my faith lies in religion, my knowledge lies in science. That's the one thing Creationists don't seem to get... Amen to that rofl

I've pretty much always been atheist. The last time I remember believing in God was 7 years old, and even at that age I questioned it. I could never change my religion. I don't believe in any form of Gods or Higher powers, and I never will. Unless, of course, I was shown proof. lol Haha, What's the chances of that?

For every proof of God there will be someone who disagrees with your definition of God. God is a meaningless word; that's what it means to be ineffable. There can be no proof because we don't know what we're supposed to prove.

I'm thinking of becoming a Jedi. I can't use the Force just yet, but I can sure as hell protect the weak, and all that good stuff. I also have a strong influence on the weak-minded, but not through the Force...ever hear of the Socratic method? lol

As far as I'm concerned, philosophy is a desert between Socrates and Bertrand Russel. So yes, I have heard of the Socratic method.
