I think if I find someone who loves and accepts unconditionally that I'm not attracted to them on the braindead basis that they are a 'burning hot sexy beast' or anything then yes, it would work.
If they wouldn't mind me being skittish about hugs and getting grossed out and kissing/sex scenes in movies even when I'm not a teenager. If they can't, then it won't work. Unless I care about them enough to get over my sexual distain to make them happy.
But I have no real need to be loved outside of friendships, although I find it very helpful to have that one or two friends who I can say basically anything to.
When I was little, I remember having this crazy fear that when I turned 13 I'd go crazy and want to sex everyone up. I didn't. But I wonder what someone must have said to me to make me think that...?
