Uhmm... Diru being in hottopic isn't bad. It expands their fanbase and now I can buy their mech. without having to get it off the net and import. stare
My town doesn't have a hottopic, I wish we did. I got my Diru CD at FYE for like 13 bucks. I about jumped through the roof when I first saw them on fuse tv.
I'm really happy they're in the states and now I can go to one of their concerts. ^_^

Emiri Neko I was just surfing around J-Rock House and saw this advertisement for DeG's WtD CD, it was an animation so I didn't really pay attention to it.
What did grab my attention was the words "Now sold at Hot Topic!"

gonk Am I the only one who doesn't like this? (That may be because I despise Hot Topic)
EDIT: And as usual they spelled it Dir En Grey. scream -goes to mail Hot Topic on it's mistake-[/size] Fools. I think this is good, ive been looking everywhere for that CD and cannot find it. -goes to buy it- thanks for letting me know n.n

Oooh. Hot Topic. It's ok. I stop there when I'm at the mall. BUT. D: Expensive. crying
As a lot of people have said before, it'll be easier to buy Dir en grey merch. I'm actually pretty happy about it....except I'm poor and unemployed. D: *can't afford Hot Topic* emo
Haha, I remember last year when the whole Green Day thing was huge. Kids would run down the hallways yelling, "DON'T WANNA BE AN AMERICAN IDIOT!" But I really don't think that many people will be running around screaming in Japanese. xd
Most people, I guess I could say, wouldn't really be open enough for Dir en grey's image or past image. They'd probably write them off as gay, goth, transvestites, etc. Y'know. x: I never really cared about those comments. Haha, I like their image but it's the music that counts. <3
Though, it is kinda annoying when you're always hearing bad comments about your favorite band. burning_eyes
